I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you. I recently moved into an apartment on a main road and needed one room to be double glazed. I tried a few companies and all I got was email us the dimensions and we will send you a quote or we will call you back and never did. A friend recommended Magnetite and I called you. You sent someone around within days – he was there when you said he would be – he measured up gave me a quote – and at no time did I feel “sales” pressured. He told me delivery would be in 3-5 weeks once I had decided. I decided on the spot, signed and paid a deposit. Sure enough within a week someone had called to give me an installation date, 2 days before the date you called again to confirm and give me a start time. The installer was there on time and did a fantastic job. Windows are in, look fantastic and he left everything as he found it.
I am so impressed and I just wanted to say thank you – a job very well done. Very smooth and totally professional, from start to finish. Too often a good job goes unrecognised and I didn’t want that to be the case in this instance.
